A master link assembly is a large, oblong-shaped chain link made from high-grade alloy steel.

Typically, master link assemblies are used affix slings to chain loads and lifting equipment. These chain components are suitable for use with chain and with wire rope, making them perfect for a wide variety of applications from boating to construction or freight transportation.

Each master link assembly is proof tested to 2.5 times its working load limit (WLL) to ensure the highest levels of quality and safety, conforming to EN 1677-4 and able to be used in temperatures from -40C to 200C.

We stock master link assemblies that are 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 13mm and 16mm in size to suit different applications, allowing you to easily configure your own lifting sling to meet your exact specifications.
