Overview
The 16mm Sub Master Link Assembly (Model MLA-8-40) is a high-grade alloy steel (Grade 80, Quenched and Tempered) welded master link assembly designed for use with 3- or 4-leg Grade 80 alloy chain slings. The distinctive green-painted oblong master ring accepts three sub-links, allowing multiple chain legs to be gathered and connected to a crane hook or lifting point quickly and securely.
Every link is individually proof tested to 2.5 times the Working Load Limit (4:1 design factor) and supplied with certification. Each component carries a Product Identification Code (PIC) stamped directly onto the body for full material traceability, along with the size and manufacturer's mark. The larger inside width and length make these links compatible for use with wire rope thimbles as well as chain.

Stock items can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-measure items, including lifting chains, can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit.
