A round sling is an endless loop used to lift heavy loads or for towing purposes. Our slings are made from 100% high tenacity polyester and have a very low weight-to-strength ratio in comparison to lifting chains.

Our round lightweight slings (above 3,000kg) come in 5,000kg and 8,000kg weight limits. Each has its weight limit printed on it and comes in a corresponding colour, so it is easier to locate the correct sling for the correct weight being loaded.

These round slings are resistant to oil, grease and most acids, and make a soft alternative to wire or chains while still maintaining their strength and durability. What’s more, all our slings meet the performance requirements of BSEN 1492-1:2000 and come with certification so you know you are working with the best tools in the trade!
