Overview
This forged screw pin bow shackle from Able delivers a 6.5-tonne working load limit (WLL) in a 7/8" nominal body size. The wide bow profile provides a broad bearing surface, making it ideal for use with webbing slings, round slings, and multi-leg chain assemblies. The WLL is permanently stamped directly onto the bow for instant on-site identification.
Manufactured from forged steel that has been quenched and tempered throughout, this shackle offers consistent grain density and superior structural integrity compared with cast alternatives. The alloy screw pin is matched to a CE-marked body, and the shackle is fatigue rated for demanding lifting and rigging applications. Minimum breaking strength is 6 times the working load limit.
