Overview
Made from high-grade quenched and tempered alloy steel, these chain connecting links are designed for use with Grade 80 lifting chain and are an essential component for building reliable, certified lifting chain slings. Their simple two-body pin-and-stud design allows rapid assembly, dismantling and reassembly without the need for specialist tooling.
Connecting links are used across a wide range of industries wherever heavy loads must be lifted and moved overhead. They join lifting chains, chain slings and other lifting accessories securely, and are marked with traceability information, WLL, batch number and size for full compliance and inspection confidence.
Each link is proof-load tested to 2.5 times its working load limit, with an ultimate load capacity of 4 times WLL and a fatigue rating of 1.5 times WLL at 20,000 cycles. When reassembling a connecting link, always fit a new pin and stud assembly.
