Manufactured from treated alloy steel, ABLE's WH Series Weld-On Hooks provide a reliable solution for adding fixed anchor points to spreader beams, vehicles and other lifting structures. Engineered for axial loading, each hook features a positive-locking safety latch with a stainless steel spring to keep your load secure at all times.

The hook is designed to be permanently welded in place following the supplied welding instructions. Welding surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly, welding operations must be continuous, surfaces should be preheated if ambient temperature is below 10 °C, and basic coated electrodes to AS 1553.1: E4848 Grade 4-6 or AWS A5.1: E7018-1 (or equivalent) must be used.

Please note: A proof load is applied at manufacture; however, the Working Load Limit is subject to the correct welding procedure being carried out. Inspect prior to use as per the ABLE operating manual.
