Manufactured from treated alloy steel, the ABLE WH Series Weld-On Hook is the reliable solution for creating fixed anchor points on vehicles, spreader beams, lifting frames and structural steelwork. Designed specifically for axial loading, the hook features a positive-locking safety latch with a stainless steel spring to prevent accidental disengagement under load.

Each hook is marked with the brand, working load limit (WLL), batch number and size for full traceability. The WH10 is the 1,000 kg capacity variant in a range that extends to 8,000 kg, giving you a matched family of hooks across your projects.

Important: The WLL is subject to the correct welding procedure being carried out in accordance with ABLE's operating manual. Inspect prior to use as per ABLE operating instructions.

Welding Instructions

• Clean welding surfaces thoroughly before use
• Welding operations must be continuous
• Preheat welding surfaces if temperature is below 10 °C
• Use basic coated electrodes: AS 1553.1:E4848 Grade 4-6 or AWS A5.1:E7018-1 or equivalent
