Overview
The ABLE PML-3000 Permanent Magnetic Lifter provides a reliable, no-electricity solution for lifting and transporting heavy ferromagnetic loads in workshops, fabrication yards, steelworks, and engineering facilities. With a 3000 kg flat-plate lifting capacity and a 1000 kg round-bar capacity, it eliminates the need for slings, clamps, or other holding devices, protecting the surface finish of lifted components.
Powered entirely by its permanent magnet system, the PML-3000 requires no external power supply. A simple lever switch and integrated safety button allow one-handed engagement and release, while less than 1% residual magnetism remains once the lifter is switched off. The highest pulling force is 3.0 times greater than the rated lifting capacity, providing a significant safety margin during operation.
Suitable for flat steel plate, round bar stock, engine parts, semi-manufactured goods, and moulds, the PML-3000 is designed for demanding industrial use across a wide working-temperature range of −40 °C to +80 °C.

Lifting capacity is affected by the thickness and surface quality of the workpiece. Where surface roughness (Ra) is below 6.3 µm, full rated capacity is achieved. For rougher surfaces, the effective capacity should be estimated using the load/air-gap capacity curve supplied with the unit.

Stock items can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-measure items, including lifting chains, can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit.
