This robust mechanical rack-and-pinion jack is engineered for heavy lifting across construction, agriculture and railway environments. Built from high-quality CRS plate with carburised alloy steel gears, it delivers smooth, reliable performance lift after lift.
The double pawl brake system ensures quick, safe braking at any point during the lift, while the low-gearing tolerance provides jerk-free, smooth transmission throughout the full range of travel. An operating turning force of less than 25 kg is all that is needed to raise a full rated load, reducing operator fatigue on demanding jobs.
