The HVP-16 mechanical steel jack is a robust rack-and-pinion lifting jack rated to a 16-tonne (16,000 kg) safe working load. Built from high-quality CRS (cold-rolled steel) plate with carburised alloy steel gears, it delivers reliable, jerk-free lifting across construction sites, agricultural settings and rail maintenance environments.
A double pawl brake system ensures the load is held securely at any height, while the low-gearing tolerance provides smooth, controlled operation. Despite its impressive capacity, the HVP-16 requires less than 25 kg of turning force at the handle to lift a full rated load, reducing operator fatigue on demanding jobs.

Next-day delivery to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands) on stock orders placed before 2.45pm. Free delivery on orders over £180£150 ex VAT.
Stock items can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-measure items, including lifting chains, can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit.
