The ABLE HVP-20 is a heavy-duty mechanical rack-and-pinion steel jack capable of safely lifting up to 20 tonnes. Built from high-quality CRS (cold-rolled steel) plate with carburised alloy steel gears, it delivers smooth, reliable performance in demanding environments including construction, agriculture and rail industries.
The jack features a double pawl brake system for quick, positive braking and a low-gearing tolerance that ensures smooth, jerk-free transmission throughout the lift. Its high-efficiency gear train means that less than 25 kg of turning force is all that is required to raise a full-rated load, reducing operator fatigue during extended use.
