200kg Permanent Magnetic Lifter – ABLE PML-200

The ABLE PML-200 Permanent Magnetic Lifter is a robust, no-power lifting solution designed for the transportation and handling of steel plates, engine parts, semi-manufactured goods and moulds across a wide range of industries. Simply engage the lever handle to activate the powerful permanent magnet, lift your load, then release cleanly, leaving less than 1% residual magnetism on the workpiece surface.

Because the magnetic force does all the holding work, there is no need for slings, chains, clamps or other rigging devices, protecting the surface finish of your goods and speeding up handling operations considerably.

• 300 kg rated flat capacity, working load limit of 200 kg on flat steel surfaces
• No electricity required, permanent magnet technology means no power source, cables or batteries needed
• One-handed operation, simple switch and integrated safety button for fast, safe engagement and release
• Less than 1% residual magnetism once deactivated, preventing unwanted attraction after release
• Wide operating temperature, rated from −40 °C to +80 °C for use in demanding environments

Larger models in the PML range are available with outputs up to 6,000 kg. Always refer to the capacity curve when working with materials of varying thickness or surface roughness above Ra 6.3 µm.
