Overview
The ABLE PML-100 Permanent Magnetic Lifter is a robust, no-power lifting solution designed for the safe transportation and handling of steel plate, engine parts, semi-manufactured goods, and moulds across a wide range of industrial environments. Simply rotate the handle to engage or release the powerful permanent magnet, no slings, clamps, or holding devices required, eliminating the risk of surface damage to lifted goods.

- Highest pulling force is 3.0 times greater than the rated lifting capacity for a substantial safety margin
- Requires no electricity to operate; less than 1% residual magnetism once switched off
- Simple switch and safety button allow for confident one-handed operation
- Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +80 °C
- Compact and lightweight at just 2.9 kg, making it easy to carry and deploy on site

Lifting capacity is influenced by the thickness and surface quality of the workpiece. Where surface roughness (Ra) is less than 6.3 µm, full rated capacity is achieved. Refer to the capacity curve supplied with the unit for thinner sections or rougher surfaces.

Next-day delivery to England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands) on stock orders placed before 2.45pm. Free delivery on orders over £180£150 ex VAT.
Stock items can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-measure items, including lifting chains, can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit.
