Overview
This 7mm two-leg lifting chain sling is built for demanding lifting operations in construction, manufacturing, and general industry. Both legs connect to a single master link at the top, allowing loads to be lifted simultaneously and evenly across two attachment points. Choose your preferred hook style, clevis sling hook, clevis self-locking safety hook, or clevis "C" hook, and select leg lengths from 1 m to 10 m to suit your application.
Every sling is manufactured from Grade 80 high-tensile alloy steel (quenched, tempered, and proof tested), meeting the minimum grade requirement for lifting equipment. Chain links are produced using the German WAFIOS method, combining computerised automated knitting, spot welding, and calibration to ensure every link is identical and consistent. Each sling carries a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 2,100 kg and is proof load tested to 2.5× WLL, with an ultimate breaking load of 4× WLL.
Supplied complete with a test certificate and a permanently embossed identification tag for full regulatory compliance and traceability. Optional shortening hooks (clutch hooks) are available as an add-on to allow quick, tool-free leg-length adjustment on site.
