ABLE 30,000kg Manual Chain Block Hoist
This heavy-duty manual chain block delivers an impressive 30,000kg (30-tonne) working load limit, making it one of the most capable hand-operated hoists available for demanding industrial applications. Operated by pulling the hand chain, the precision internal gear system means relatively low operator effort is needed to raise and control extremely heavy loads. Suitable for factories, power plants, laboratories, machine installation, and repair operations, this chain block is equally at home overhead or in confined spaces.
Key Features
- Superior Grade 80 load chain with a minimum breaking load of 400% of WLL and elongation greater than 10%, providing outstanding safety margins.
- Forged and heat-treated load hooks complete with stretch indicators and batch traceability for full load integrity monitoring.
- Double pawl fail-safe brake mechanism, if one or even two pawls become unserviceable, the remaining pawl(s) keep the brake system fully operative.
- Individually proof load tested to 1.5× WLL, with individual serial numbers assigned to every unit for complete traceability.
- Fully enclosed housing permits outdoor and harsh-environment use; the load brake requires no lubrication, reducing maintenance demands.
