This ABLE 0.5-tonne chain block hoist provides a reliable, manually operated lifting solution for workshops, factories, power plants, laboratories, and any application requiring safe overhead lifting in confined areas. Simply pull the hand chain to raise or lower loads smoothly, with minimal operator effort thanks to the precision internal gear system.

Key Features

• Grade 80 load chain, minimum breaking load is 400% of WLL, with elongation greater than 10% for early warning of overload.
• Forged & heat-treated load hooks, fitted with stretch indicators and batch traceability for full accountability.
• Double pawl fail-safe brake, even if one pawl becomes unserviceable, the remaining pawl keeps the brake system fully secure.
• Individually proof-load tested, each unit is tested to 1.5× WLL and assigned a unique serial number.
• Enclosed housing, suitable for outdoor use; the load brake requires no lubrication, reducing maintenance demands.
• Forged safety latch hooks, top suspension hook and load hook both feature safety latches for secure attachment.

With a standard lift of 3 metres, a compact single-fall chain configuration, and a 6 mm load chain, this chain block is especially well suited to overhead working and operation in narrow spaces, including machine installation, equipment repair, and load securing tasks.
