This manual chain block from ABLE delivers reliable, controlled lifting of loads up to 2,000 kg (2 tonnes) with a standard lift height of 3 metres. Operated entirely by hand, the internal gear mechanism means only modest effort, approximately 30 kg of pull, is needed to raise heavy loads safely and smoothly. Suitable for workshops, factories, power plants, laboratories, and anywhere overhead lifting or load positioning is required.

Key Features

• Grade 80 load chain: Superior alloy steel chain with a minimum breaking load of 400% of WLL and elongation greater than 10% for early warning of overload.
• Forged & heat-treated load hooks: Both top and bottom hooks are forged, heat treated, and fitted with a stretch indicator for visual inspection, along with a forged safety latch.
• Fail-safe double pawl brake: Twin pawl system ensures the load brake remains operative even if one pawl becomes unserviceable, providing a secure, maintenance-free braking system that requires no lubrication.
• Individually proof-load tested: Every unit is tested to 1.5× WLL and carries its own unique serial number for full batch traceability.
• Enclosed housing: Robust yellow and green casing protects the internal mechanism, making the hoist suitable for use outdoors and in demanding environments.
