The ABLE 1500kg chain block is a robust, hand-operated chain hoist designed for lifting, lowering, dragging, and securing heavy loads in workshops, factories, power plants, and other demanding environments. Operated simply by pulling the hand chain, the internal gear system means very little effort is required to raise loads of up to 1,500 kg safely and smoothly.

Key Features

• Grade 80 Load Chain, Superior quality alloy steel chain with a minimum breaking load (MBL) of 400% of the Working Load Limit (WLL) and elongation greater than 10% for reliable performance.
• Double-Pawl Fail-Safe Brake, Even if one pawl becomes unserviceable, the remaining pawl keeps the brake system secure, ensuring safe load retention at all times.
• Forged & Heat-Treated Load Hooks, Both top and bottom hooks are individually forged, heat treated, and fitted with safety latches. Stretch indicators and batch traceability provide added safety assurance.
• Individually Proof Load Tested, Every unit is proof load tested to 1.5× WLL (2.25 tonnes) and carries an individual serial number for full traceability.
• Enclosed Housing, The sealed casing makes the hoist suitable for outdoor and dusty environments. The load brake requires no lubrication, reducing maintenance requirements.
