ABLE 1000kg Manual Chain Block Hoist, 3m Drop
The ABLE 1-tonne chain block is a robust, manually operated hoist designed for safe and efficient lifting, lowering and positioning of heavy loads in workshops, factories, power plants and construction environments. A hand-operated pull chain drives precision internal gears, meaning minimal effort is needed to raise or move loads of up to 1,000 kg.
Key Features
- Superior Grade 80 Load Chain, minimum breaking load is 400% of WLL, with elongation greater than 10% for early warning of overload.
- Double-Pawl Fail-Safe Brake, even if one pawl becomes unserviceable, the remaining pawl keeps the brake system fully secure, preventing accidental load drop.
- Forged & Heat-Treated Hooks, both top and bottom hooks are individually forged, heat treated and fitted with safety latches and stretch indicators for batch traceability.
- Individually Proof Load Tested, each unit is tested to 1.5× WLL and carries its own unique serial number for full audit compliance.
- Enclosed Housing, sealed body protects internal components, allowing outdoor use without lubrication of the load brake.

Stock items can be returned within 30 days. Made-to-measure items, including lifting chains, can only be returned if faulty or damaged in transit.
