Overview
The ABLE SPD028 is a forged screw-pin dee (chain) shackle rated to a 9.5-tonne Working Load Limit, with the WLL and CE mark permanently stamped directly onto the body for instant, reliable identification on site. Quenched and tempered for maximum toughness, this shackle is built to withstand the rigours of crane rigging, construction, marine, and general industrial lifting.
The narrow D-profile concentrates load in-line, making it the correct choice wherever straight tensile loading is required, connecting wire ropes, chain slings, lifting eyes, and spreader bars. The screw-pin closure provides a secure, tool-free connection that can be quickly opened and re-used.
