Overview
The ABLE Forged Screw Pin Dee Shackle (Model SPD) is a heavy-duty chain shackle manufactured from quenched-and-tempered alloy steel. The Working Load Limit is permanently stamped directly onto every shackle body, providing instant on-site identification and full traceability. CE marked, it is suited to industrial crane rigging, marine applications, construction lashing, and heavy haulage securing.
The classic dee (D) profile efficiently transfers in-line loads through the body, while the screwed pin closure provides a secure, tool-free connection that can be quickly removed when required. The shackle carries the CE mark and the WLL is permanently embossed, with minimum breaking strength equal to 6× the working load limit in accordance with the Ableforge specification.
