This 16 mm eye swivel hook with safety latch is a robust, Grade 80 (Quenched and Tempered) alloy steel lifting component designed for demanding industrial environments, including oil and gas. The integrated swivel allows the hook to be freely positioned prior to loading, reducing snagging and improving operational efficiency, while the spring-loaded safety latch prevents accidental opening under load.
Each hook is marked with the brand, working load limit (WLL), batch number, and size for full traceability, and has been proof load tested to 2.5 times its WLL. The ultimate breaking load is four times the rated capacity, providing a substantial safety margin in critical lifting situations.
