1000kg Geared Girder Trolley With Chain
This heavy-duty geared girder trolley (Model GT-II10) is hand-operated by pulling the hand chain, allowing smooth, controlled movement of suspended loads along the bottom flange of a monorail in either direction. With a working load limit of 1,000 kg and a test load of 1.50 tonnes, it is individually proof-load tested and certified to EN 13157-2010, making it a dependable choice for professional lifting applications.
The screw-adjustable hanger allows the trolley to be fitted to a wide range of I-beam flange widths, from 64 mm up to 220 mm, without the need for additional parts. This versatility makes it well suited to factories, mines, wharves, docks, warehouses and engine rooms, particularly wherever no electrical power supply is available.
The geared drive mechanism provides a greater level of positional control compared with plain push trolleys, especially useful when handling heavier loads that need careful placement. The trolley is finished in a hard-wearing green paint and carries a hand-chain height of 3.0 m.
