Overview
The 500 kg Geared Girder Trolley with Chain (Model GT-II05) is a robust, hand-operated beam trolley designed to travel along the bottom flange of a monorail I-beam. By pulling the hand chain, operators can smoothly move and precisely position suspended loads in either direction, with far greater control than a plain push trolley, particularly at higher capacities.
The screw-type hanger allows the trolley to be adjusted to suit a wide range of beam flange widths, making it highly versatile across different installations. Individually proof-load tested with its own serial number, the trolley conforms to and is tested in accordance with EN 13157:2010.
Widely used across factories, mines, wharves, docks, warehouses and engine rooms, this trolley is especially suited to maintenance, installation and repair tasks where no electrical power supply is available.
