1.60t Drop Forged Collared Eyebolt – M20 Metric Thread

This drop forged collared eyebolt (code L0306) is manufactured from heat-treated Carbon Steel C45 and carries a Working Load Limit of 1.60 tonnes. The integral collar seats flush against the mating surface to distribute load evenly, making it suitable for both vertical lifts and angled lifts where the pull remains in the plane of the eye.

The eyebolt features an M20 metric thread and is supplied in a self-colour finish as standard; electro-galvanised finish is available on request. The CE mark is cast directly into the body for straightforward compliance identification on site.

Angle-loading guidance

When using this eyebolt with a load applied at an angle, the following de-rating applies:

• Vertical (0°): 1.60 t WLL
• 45° from vertical: reduce to 30% of vertical WLL
• 90° (side load): reduce to 25% of vertical WLL

The pull must always remain in the same plane as the eye.
