The Able Steel Wire Rope Puller (Model RWP) is a compact, hand-operated pulling and lifting tool designed for demanding industrial, construction, and recovery applications. By moving the handle left and right, the wire rope passes through the mechanism to lift or lower a load, no drum required, keeping the unit small and light.
