This CE-marked drop forged collared eyebolt is manufactured from heat-treated carbon steel C45, making it a reliable and robust choice for a wide range of lifting and rigging applications. The integral collar ensures the load is distributed evenly across the bearing surface, making it suitable for both vertical lifts and angled pulls when used correctly.

The eye and shank are drop forged in one piece for maximum strength and integrity. The self-colour finish is standard; an electro-galvanised finish is available on request for enhanced corrosion protection.

Angle De-rating Guidelines

When the load is applied at an angle, the working load limit must be reduced as follows:

• At 45° from vertical: reduce WLL to 30% of the rated vertical load
• At 90° (side load): reduce WLL to 25% of the rated vertical load
• The pull must always be in the same plane as the eye
