Built to exacting standards, the lanyard features drop-forged hardware and high-tenacity UV-resistant polyester webbing with a tenacity rating of 33 kN. The exclusive Extended Length Energy Absorber (ELEA) is engineered to protect workers of up to 160 kg including tools and equipment, deploying to reduce arrest forces in the event of a fall. The precision THETA stitch pattern, 423 stitches per connection, equivalent to 3,300 kg strength, is applied by computer-controlled bar-tacking machinery for consistent, repeatable quality.
