800kg Wire Rope Puller x 40m

The Ableforge WRP08 is a hand-operated wire rope puller designed for lifting, pulling and positioning heavy loads across construction, rail, shipbuilding and transport applications. With an 800 kg lifting capacity and a 40 m galvanised steel wire rope supplied as standard, it handles everything from vehicle recovery and log hauling to the precise positioning of machinery, all without the need for a separate rope drum.

The high-strength cast aluminium alloy body keeps weight to just 6.4 kg, making it easy to carry and deploy on site. Moving the handle left and right draws the wire rope through two internal chucks, achieving a transmission speed of 3 metres per minute, the fastest among hand-driven hauling devices. The rope exits straight, regardless of rope length, and can be used at any working angle.

Two independent safety devices are built in for secure operation, and a safety hook prevents the wire rope from coming free during use. Spare shear pins are housed in the carrying handle, and the built-in shearing pin protects against overload at approximately 150% of rated capacity. The rope clamp system is easily disengaged with a lever for quick installation or removal of the wire rope.
