6400kg Snatch Block / Hand Pulley Block – Ableforge HPB64

The Ableforge Champin HPB64 Hand Pulley Block is a professional-grade snatch block designed for lifting, load redirection and winching duties. With a Working Load Limit of 6.4 tonnes, it is built for demanding industrial environments including construction sites, factories and rigging operations.

The block features a drop-forged, heat-treated swivel hook with safety latch, stretch indicator and identity code. Its opening side-plate design allows quick insertion and positioning of the rope on the machined alloy-steel sheave, saving time during rigging set-up. The sheave groove is precision-machined to suit the intended rope diameter, ensuring smooth operation with both steel wire rope and fibre rope.

Blocks are securely locked by swinging the hook in the direction of pull, preventing accidental disengagement under load. The unit can be furnished with bronze bushings or roller bearings depending on application requirements.
