500kg Hand Pulley Block – Ableforge Champin HPB05

The Ableforge Champin HPB05 is a heavy-duty single-sheave hand pulley block rated to a 500 kg (0.5 tonne) Working Load Limit. Engineered for lifting, rigging and winching duties in construction, manufacturing and industrial environments, it redirects the load line to allow operators to apply their full pulling force efficiently.

The block features a drop-forged, heat-treated swivel hook complete with safety latch, stretch indicator and identity code. An opening feature allows quick rope insertion and repositioning on the sheave without disassembly, while the hook can be securely locked by swinging it in the direction of pull. The machined alloy steel sheave and groove are precision-cut to suit the specified rope diameter, and the block is compatible with both steel wire rope and fibre rope.
