Overview
The 500 kg Manual Worm Winch from The Ratchet Shop is a robust, hand-operated lifting and pulling solution built for demanding industrial, construction, and workshop environments. Its self-locking worm gear design prevents back-drive, ensuring the load stays safely in position without the need for a separate locking mechanism.
Constructed on a one-piece steel frame, this winch is built to withstand heavy daily use. The drum accommodates up to 25 m of wire rope, giving you excellent reach for a wide range of lifting and hauling tasks. A dual-speed feature allows rapid winding of lighter loads, saving time on the job.
- Free-spooling release catch for quick rope deployment
- Automatic brake for safe, controlled load holding
- Rapid winding mechanism for faster operation with lighter loads
- Adjustable crank length for maximum mechanical advantage
- Robust one-piece steel frame for long-term durability
