The Able VLC5 is a heavy-duty vertical lifting clamp designed for the vertical lifting, turning, and transfer of steel plates, sheet material, and shaped steels. Manufactured to meet BS EN 13155, every clamp is forged and heat-treated for outstanding strength and durability, and carries an individual serial number for full traceability.
A built-in safety latch mechanism ensures the lock cannot disengage even when the lifting rope is slackened, protecting both the load and the operator at all times. The jaw opening range of 0-50 mm accommodates a wide variety of plate thicknesses, and the clamp's robust construction makes it suitable for use across shipyards, construction sites, subway projects, and metal production workshops.
