Overview
The Premium 5000 kg Ratchet Strap from The Ratchet Shop is built for demanding cargo securing applications. Constructed from soft yet highly durable blue polyester webbing, 50 mm wide, this strap delivers a lashing capacity (LC) of 2500 daN and a minimum breaking strength of 5000 daN, making it suitable for tying down heavy loads on trailers, flatbeds, lorries and in warehouse storage.
The robust zinc-plated steel ratchet mechanism features a wide, ergonomic red-grip handle that can be tightened and released with one hand, even when wearing gloves. Welded double J-hooks on both the short end (fixed to the ratchet) and the long extension strap provide a secure, positive connection to lashing rings and anchor points. Every strap carries an individual certification label sewn directly into the webbing, giving you full traceability on each unit.
Available in eight lengths from 4 m to 20 m, the modular system also allows you to purchase additional webbing extensions or ratchet heads separately. All ratchet measurements are taken from bearing point to bearing point.
