Overview
The Ableforge Hand Pulley Block Champin HPB32 is a robust 3.2-tonne (3,200 kg) working load limit snatch block designed to redirect a load line and multiply mechanical advantage in lifting and pulling operations. Built to EN 13157:2003, it is a trusted choice for construction sites, factories, warehouses and rigging applications.
The block features a drop-forged, heat-treated swivel hook and latch complete with a stretch indicator and identity code for traceability and safety assurance. An opening feature allows quick insertion and positioning of rope on the sheave without threading, saving time on site. The block can be securely locked by swinging the hook in the direction of pull, preventing accidental disengagement under load.
The groove and sheave are machined from high-quality alloy steel to suit the intended 15 mm rope diameter, and the block is compatible with both steel wire rope and fibre rope. Bronze bushings or roller bearings are available as optional fitments.
