Overview
This heavy-duty steel snatch block is built for demanding lifting, pulling, towing and rope-redirect applications. Fitted with a swivel safety latch hook (LH Type), it attaches quickly and securely to a rigging point, while the drop-forged wheel sheave allows wire rope to run smoothly under load. A side-opening feature enables fast insertion or removal of wire rope without the need to thread the rope through the block.
Manufactured to a safety factor of 4 times the working load, this block offers a rated capacity of 2 tonnes and accepts wire rope in the 7-9 mm diameter range. The blue painted steel finish provides corrosion resistance for workshop, construction and outdoor use.
