The ABLE Mini Hand Ratchet Puller (Model HRP020) is a compact, field-ready hoist designed for pulling electrical wire and cables in demanding environments including electric power infrastructure, telephone line works, construction sites, and agricultural applications. Its solid ductile and malleable iron construction ensures long service life, while the simple lever-operated ratchet mechanism lets one person tension or lift loads smoothly and safely.

A built-in automatic mechanical brake and change pawl lock the load securely at any point in the stroke, preventing uncontrolled release. The tool is straightforward to field-repair and inexpensive to maintain, keeping downtime to a minimum even in remote locations.
