The Able HRP015 Mini Hand Ratchet Puller is a rugged, portable wire puller and hoist designed for demanding field use. Built from solid ductile and malleable iron, it delivers reliable pulling power wherever you need it, from electric power line installation and telephone cable works to construction sites and farm applications.

Simply attach the load to the lower swivel hook, secure the upper hook to a suitable anchor point, and work the lever up and down to wind in the 6 mm wire rope and lift or pull your load with controlled, consistent force. An automatic mechanical brake and change pawl hold the load securely at any point during operation, giving you confidence and control throughout the lift.
