Overview
This heavy-duty shackle-head snatch block is built for demanding industrial, construction and recovery applications. Rated at 12,000 kg (12 t) Safe Working Load with a safety factor of 4×, it is designed for use with wire rope in the 24-26 mm diameter range and features a side-opening body that allows the rope to be inserted or removed without threading, simply remove one bolt.
The block is fitted with a galvanised bow shackle for secure overhead suspension and a roller bearing sheave for smooth, high-speed wire rope operation. The drop-forged steel wheel and structural carbon steel side plates ensure outstanding durability under sustained load.
