1000kg Snatch Block / Hand Pulley Block – Ableforge HPB10

The Ableforge Hand Pulley Block Champin HPB10 is a heavy-duty, single-sheave snatch block engineered to redirect a load line and increase mechanical advantage during lifting and winching operations. With a Working Load Limit of 1.0 tonne, it is suited to construction sites, factories, workshops and rigging applications where controlled, safe lifting is essential.

The block features a drop-forged, heat-treated swivel hook and latch complete with a stretch indicator and identity code, providing a clear visual warning should the hook approach its load limit. An opening feature allows quick insertion and repositioning of the rope on the sheave without threading, saving time on site.

The groove and sheave are machined from high-quality alloy steel to suit the specified rope diameter, and the block can be furnished with bronze bushings or roller bearings. Blocks are securely locked by swinging the hook in the direction of pull, preventing accidental disengagement under load.

Manufactured to EN 13157:2003, this pulley block meets EU lifting equipment standards and is compatible with both steel wire rope and fibre rope.
