The ABLE HRP010 Mini Hand Ratchet Puller is a robust, portable wire-pulling hoist designed for field use across electric power, telecommunications, construction, and agricultural applications. Simply attach your load to the lower swivel hook and pump the lever up and down to wind in the wire rope and raise or tension the load with confidence.
