The ABLE VDLI drum lifter is engineered for the safe lifting and handling of steel drums in industrial environments such as factories, warehouses, and shipping facilities. Featuring two chain legs fitted with automatic self-gripping drum clamps, this lifter attaches securely to the rim of a steel drum and can handle loads whether the drum is lidded or open, upright or at a side angle.
The automatic gripping mechanism tightens under load, providing a secure hold without manual adjustment, while the compact, lightweight design makes the unit easy to store and deploy. A single overhead master ring connects to your crane hook or hoist, and the two parallel chain legs distribute the load evenly across both clamps.
