Overview
The ABLE 1000 kg Chain Block is a heavy-duty, hand-operated lifting solution built for safe and precise overhead lifting in workshops, factories, power plants and other industrial environments. Supplied in black with a 6-metre standard lift, it is ready to work straight from the box.
- Grade 80 load chain with a minimum breaking load of 400% of the WLL and elongation greater than 10%, providing early warning of overload
- Forged and heat-treated load hooks fitted with stretch indicators and batch traceability for full load-path accountability
- Double pawl fail-safe brake system, if one pawl becomes unserviceable, the remaining pawl holds the load securely
- Individually proof-load tested to 1.5× WLL, with a unique serial number on every unit for full traceability
- Enclosed housing suitable for outdoor use; load brake requires no lubrication, minimising maintenance requirements
- Low hand-chain pull effort of just 31 kg makes lifting heavy loads straightforward for a single operator
Ideal for installing machinery, repositioning heavy equipment and overhead lifting in confined spaces, this chain block combines safety, durability and ease of use in a compact, dependable package.
